Coffee Fundraiser: Order Form
Purple Mountain Coffee has provided Basset Hound Rescue with our own Basset Hound blend of coffee. Basset Hound Rescue will receive 50% of the orders before taxes. Coffee will be delivered to the address that is specified. Credit card purchases are accepted if you call the Purple Mountain number on the form directly and place the order. Any orders with checks made out to Basset Hound Rescue should be mailed to Donna Wensec at the address listed on the form. Thank you for your support.
