Hello everyone, this is Stella, a tri-colored spayed 18 month old Basset girl.
Stella came to the rescue from a shelter after being picked up as a stray. She appears to have had a rough start at life. She was very thin when we got her and we are working on bulking her back up. She also has suffered from Rickets (a vitamin deficiency) at some point which has caused one of her front legs to be slightly deformed, but it hasn't slowed her down at all and after all builds Basset Hound charecter. She is a very quiet and sweet girl. She has picked up the house rules rather quickly, and we have been working on leash training. She is crate trained. She will require solid fencing as she is a climber and her Basset Hound nose likes to make her descover the neighberhood and we don't want Stella to end up as a stray again.
